Generally, the resistance value decreases with the increase of temperature; when the temperature decreases, the resistance value increases. Thermistors have the characteristics of fast response, high precision, stability and reliability. Depending on the application requirements, different types of thermistors are available, such as negative temperature coefficient thermistors (PTC) and positive temperature coefficient thermistors (NTC).
